Buy Back / Product Return Policy
Objective
The purpose of this policy is to ensure fairness and transparency in handling product returns from Distributors and Customers. Auralyf Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintaining customer satisfaction while adhering to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
Scope
This policy applies to all Distributors and retail customers of Auralyf who purchase products directly from the company or through authorized channels.
Eligibility for Return / Buy Back
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, labels, and seals intact.
A valid invoice copy must accompany every return request.
Partially used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
Return Procedure
The Distributor/Customer must send a written request to the company’s Grievance Redressal Officer or email at help@auralyf.net
within 30 days of purchase.
The return request must include:
Full Name and Distributor ID (if applicable)
Invoice Number and Date
Product Details and Quantity
Reason for Return
Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped back to the company’s warehouse address provided by the support team.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 30 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or credited to the Distributor’s Sales Incentive Payable Account, as applicable.
The refund amount will be subject to deductions for:
Used or damaged items (if applicable)
Administrative or handling charges
Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other applicable taxes
Sales Incentive already paid on the returned products
Non-Returnable Products
Products purchased through special promotions, combo offers, or discounts are not eligible for partial returns.
Personalized or customized products are non-returnable.
Free items or promotional materials provided with purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Buy-Back Policy for Distributors
In case a Distributor decides to exit from the business (under the Easy Exit Policy), Auralyf will buy back marketable and unsold inventory purchased within 30 days of the invoice date.
The products must be in marketable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The Company shall deduct administrative costs, Sales Incentive paid, and TDS as applicable before refund.
The Buy-Back value shall not exceed 90% of the Distributor’s original purchase price.
Inspection and Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection by Auralyf’s warehouse team.
The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the return criteria.
Decision of the Company’s Quality Control Department shall be final and binding.
Shipping Charges
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Distributor or Customer, except in cases where the return is due to company error (wrong or damaged item).
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays in processing returns or refunds caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
Policy Review
This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to improve customer experience.
