At Auralyf Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering products safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products ordered through our official website, distributor portal, or authorized representatives.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently deliver products pan-India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Shipping to remote, rural, or restricted areas may require additional time or may incur extra delivery charges based on courier availability.
International shipping is not available at present.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or logistical constraints.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES (ACCORDING TO PRODUCT / ORDER VALUE)
Auralyf aims to keep delivery costs minimal while ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Shipping charges are applied based on product weight, order value, and destination.
The final shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
4. SHIPPING TIME
Delivery is typically completed within 5–10 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary during festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number along with courier partner details.
Orders can be tracked using the link provided in the shipping confirmation message.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier will attempt delivery two times at the provided address.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to the company’s warehouse.
Re-shipping charges will apply for subsequent delivery requests.
7. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR WRONG PRODUCT
If the package is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Any claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video proof.
Verified cases will be processed in accordance with the Auralyf Return & Refund Policy.
8. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
9. DELAYED DELIVERY
In case of any delay, customers will be informed via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
If delivery exceeds 10 working days, customers are requested to contact our support team with their Order ID.
