Terms and Conditions Policy-

1. Introduction

Welcome to Auralyf Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd. 
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Company and its Distributors/Direct Sellers who are authorized to promote and sell Auralyf products and services.

By registering as a Distributor/Direct Seller, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all policies, including the Code of Conduct, Compensation Plan, Privacy Policy, and Easy Exit Policy.


2. Definitions

· Company – Auralyf Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd.

· Distributor/Direct Seller – Any individual or entity registered with Auralyf to market and sell its products or services.

· ID – The unique identification number issued to each registered Distributor.

· Products – Goods and services offered by Auralyf for sale through its direct selling network.

· Sponsor – A Distributor who introduces another individual to Auralyf.

· Team Member– A Distributor enrolled under another Distributor.


3. Eligibility

To become a Distributor:

· You must be at least 18 years old.

· You must not have been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or fraud.

· You must complete the official registration form and accept these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.


4. Appointment of Distributor

Upon acceptance, the Distributor will receive a unique Distributor ID and access to the Auralyf portal.
The appointment is non-exclusive and does not constitute employment, partnership, or agency. Distributors act as independent contractors.


5. Rights and Obligations of Distributors

Distributors shall:

· Promote and sell Auralyf products ethically and lawfully.

· Use only company-approved promotional materials.

· Refrain from making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

· Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.

· Respect the privacy and data of customers.

· Not engage in cross-line recruiting or misuse of company information.

Distributors shall not represent themselves as company employees or use company branding without authorization.


6. Earnings and Commissions

· Commissions, bonuses, and incentives are based on the Compensation Plan.

· All payouts are subject to applicable taxes and TDS as per Indian law.

· The Company reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in case of policy violations, chargebacks, or incomplete transactions.


7. Product Purchase and Refund Policy

· Purchase of products is voluntary; no mandatory purchase is required for registration.

· Distributors are entitled to a refund or replacement within the company’s return policy period for genuine product issues, in line with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.


8. Prohibited Conduct

Distributors must not:

· Offer unauthorized discounts or schemes.

· Misrepresent company information or earnings potential.

· Engage in unethical recruitment or chain schemes.

· Sell counterfeit or non-Auralyf products under the company name.

· Post defamatory or misleading statements about Auralyf.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of distributorship and legal action.


9. Confidentiality

All business information, reports, and distributor data are confidential and remain the property of Auralyf.
Distributors must not disclose or misuse such information during or after their association with the company.


10. Termination / Easy Exit

· A Distributor may voluntarily discontinue association through the Easy Exit Policy by sending a written request to help@auralyf.net.

· The company may terminate a Distributor for breach of these Terms or unethical conduct.

· Upon exit or termination, access to the portal will be revoked and the distributor must cease all use of company branding.


11. Rejoining

A Distributor who exits or is terminated may reapply after 6 months, provided all previous obligations are cleared and the application is approved by management.


12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.


13. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from a Distributor’s actions, misuse of the system, or non-compliance with these Terms.


14. Amendments

Auralyf reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to ensure compliance with government regulations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
