Return & Refund Policies

AURALYF RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At AURALYF Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and distributors.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

It is received in damaged, defective, or expired condition.

The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

The product is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoices intact.

Products that have been tampered with, used, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund.


2. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, the customer/distributor must:

Notify the company’s Customer Support via email at help@auralyf.net or by phone at +91 8619451008 / +91 8123271671 within 30 days of delivery.

Provide the following details:

Invoice number

Product name and quantity

Reason for return

Photographs (in case of damage or defect)

Once verified, the company will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning the product.

All returns must be sent to the company’s registered warehouse address at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.


3. REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the company will process a refund or replacement within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase or as per company discretion.

If the product was purchased through a Distributor, the refund may be processed through that Distributor after verification.


4. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If the returned product meets the return criteria, AURALYF may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted, and the return process must be followed instead.

The company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen reasons.


6. BUY-BACK POLICY FOR DISTRIBUTORS

As per Direct Selling Guidelines (2021):

A Distributor may return unsold, marketable products within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in resalable condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

Refund will be issued after deducting a reasonable handling/restocking charge (not exceeding 10%).


7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Products sold under promotional offers or discounts.

Opened or partially used products.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.

Perishable or time-sensitive products.


8. COMPANY RIGHTS

AURALYF reserves the right to:

Reject any return that does not comply with the above terms.

Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
