Code Of Ethics

AURALYF CODE OF ETHICS & RULES OF CONDUCT :

AURALYF expects all Distributors to uphold the principles of fairness, honesty, and integrity in all their dealings and business activities.

This Code of Ethics forms an integral part of the AURALYF Policies & Procedures and all other regulations and agreements currently in force. Every Distributor is bound by these rules. Any serious breach of this Code or related policies may result in disciplinary actions as per company procedures.

The Code of Ethics outlines the expected standards of professional conduct and ethical business practices for all AURALYF Distributors.

Additionally, AURALYF encourages all Distributors to observe and comply with any Direct Selling Association (DSA) or Government Guidelines applicable in their respective countries.

Compliance with this Code of Ethics is mandatory for all Distributors at all times.


PART A: CONDUCT


1. DEALING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC

1.1 Contact & Communication

A Distributor shall:

Respect the privacy and wishes of every person contacted, whether by phone or other means.

Never engage in objectionable, abusive, unfair, or aggressive behavior when promoting AURALYF or its opportunities.

Present AURALYF opportunities honestly, without exaggeration, concealment, or misrepresentation.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, language, and documentation.

Observe proper etiquette and legal restrictions regarding the timing and frequency of communications or appointments.


1.2 Presenting Opportunities

When presenting the AURALYF Business Plan, conducting trainings, or organizing Distributor meetings, a Distributor shall:

Not make false or misleading claims about potential financial rewards.

Not misrepresent any features, value, or benefits of AURALYF products or services.

Not misstate the price or availability of AURALYF products or services.

Not mislead anyone about product characteristics or suitability.

Clearly state that income and rewards depend on individual effort and performance.

Use only official AURALYF literature, scripts, and materials approved by the company.


1.3 Conducting Business

A Distributor must not:

Exploit anyone’s disability, age, illness, language barrier, or lack of education.

Coerce or harass anyone into purchasing products.

Conceal their identity when requested.

Register minors or anyone lacking legal capacity.

Present AURALYF as an investment or “get-rich-quick” scheme.

Cheat, scam, or mislead others.

Provide false information about registration or compensation plans.

Operate an office in violation of laws or company policies.

Misrepresent themselves as company employees or misuse AURALYF’s name.


1.4 Explaining the Business Plan

When discussing the AURALYF Business Plan, Distributors must:

Use only company-approved data and materials.

Avoid making profit predictions that are unrealistic or unverified.

Clearly explain assumptions behind any income projections.

State that results vary based on effort, skill, and performance.

Distributors must not:

Misrepresent potential risks or effort required.

Give false expectations of income or expenditure.

Provide misleading financial comparisons.


PART B: OBLIGATIONS


2. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Authorization Limit

Distributors are authorized to conduct business only within the company’s defined boundaries. Any decision-making or representation on behalf of AURALYF requires prior written approval from the company.


2.2 Poaching Distributors

AURALYF strictly prohibits the intentional poaching of Distributors from other companies or from different lines within AURALYF.


3. USE OF AURALYF PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of AURALYF and/or its affiliates. Their use requires written authorization from the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


4. PRODUCT CLAIMS

Distributors may only make product claims that are:

Supported by official AURALYF literature; and

Accurate, verifiable, and complete.


5. OBLIGATIONS OF DISTRIBUTORS

5.1 Ethical Business Practices

Distributors shall:

Ensure their teams understand and comply with this Code.

Conduct business lawfully, respectfully, and with integrity.

Stay informed about laws and regulations affecting direct selling.

Maintain confidentiality and avoid misuse of sensitive information.


5.2 AURALYF’s Obligations

AURALYF shall:

Ensure employees act in the best interests of Distributors.

Keep Distributors informed of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide fair and professional support.

Promote a transparent and ethical business environment.


PART C: APPLICATION


6. APPLICATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS

6.1 Compliance

AURALYF and all Distributors must fully comply with this Code:

Company: by Directors, Executives, and Employees.

Distributors: by themselves and their downlines.


6.2 Administration

AURALYF shall administer all Distributor relations in a manner consistent with this Code.


7. ETHICAL CONTACT

Distributors shall not:

Promote other MLM or Direct Selling companies.

Share confidential information without authorization.

Discuss the financial details of other Distributors’ businesses.

Encourage cross-lining or poaching.

Use company events or materials for unethical recruiting.


8. POTENTIAL DISTRIBUTOR ASSISTANCE

8.1 Explanation to Prospects

Sponsors must personally assist prospects with completing application forms and ensure they fully understand the business and referral relationship.


8.2 Application Acceptance

All applications are subject to AURALYF’s sole discretion for approval.


9. COMPLAINTS

Any Distributor aware of a breach of this Code may file a written complaint in accordance with AURALYF’s Policies & Procedures.

Be honest and fair in all my dealings.

Conduct myself professionally and uphold the AURALYF brand.

Present the Compensation Plan truthfully and realistically.

Train, support, and guide my team with integrity.

Comply with all company Policies & Procedures.

Respect my prospects, downlines, and fellow Distributors.

Avoid false or misleading advertising.

Never misrepresent AURALYF or engage in unethical behavior.

Promote a culture of honesty, respect, and professional excellence.
