Delivery Product Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all Auralyf products are delivered to customers and distributors in a timely, efficient, and secure manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Scope
This policy applies to all product orders placed by Auralyf distributors and retail customers through any authorized channel, including the official website, mobile application, or offline modes approved by the company.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery within urban areas: 10-15 business days.
Delivery to rural or remote locations: 15-20 business days.
Estimated delivery times are subject to logistics partner timelines and external factors such as weather or government restrictions.
Shipping Partner
Auralyf partners with reputed courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and reliable product delivery. All shipments are tracked, and tracking details are shared via SMS/email.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above a specified value as decided by the company.
Orders below the minimum value may incur a standard delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
Packaging Standards
All Auralyf products are packed securely using quality materials to prevent damage during transit. The company ensures that every product is delivered in original, sealed, and tamper-proof packaging.
Inspection on Delivery
Customers and distributors are requested to inspect the product upon receipt. Any visible damage, tampering, or missing items should be reported to Auralyf’s customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Delivery or Delay
In case of non-delivery or delay beyond the stipulated period, customers/distributors may contact Auralyf Support. The company will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Due to Non-Receipt
If an order is returned to the company due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, reshipment charges may apply.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation breakdowns, or government restrictions.
