Distributor / Business Plan Policy


Objective

The objective of this policy is to establish clear guidelines and standards governing the participation of Distributors in the Auralyf business plan. It ensures that all Distributors operate ethically, transparently, and in alignment with Auralyf’s mission and legal framework.


Scope

This policy applies to all registered Distributors, Referrers, and participants in Auralyf’s direct selling network, who promote, sell, or distribute the Company’s products and services.


Distributor Eligibility

To participate in the Auralyf Business Plan, an individual or entity must:


Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding contract.


Complete the Distributor Application Form and KYC verification as per company requirements.


Have a valid Referrer Distributor ID at the time of registration.


Agree to abide by all Auralyf Policies & Procedures and the Code of Ethics.


Distributor Rights

Each approved Distributor is entitled to:


Promote and sell Auralyf’s products and services.


Earn incentives and bonuses as per the Auralyf Compensation Plan.


Access official training, educational resources, and digital tools provided by the company.


Operate independently as a self-employed business partner, not as an employee of Auralyf.


Distributor Responsibilities

Every Distributor must:


Conduct business honestly and uphold Auralyf’s values of integrity and transparency.


Provide accurate information to Customers and prospects about products and the business plan.


Avoid false claims, misrepresentation, or exaggeration of income opportunities.


Maintain confidentiality of company data, systems, and marketing tools.


Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company regulations.


Business Plan Overview


The Auralyf Business Plan is designed to reward genuine product sales and team development.


Incentives are based solely on product sales performance and network growth, not on recruitment fees.


The Company strictly prohibits pyramid schemes, entry-level incentives, or any illegal financial model.


Compensation and Incentives


Distributors will receive commissions, bonuses, and rewards as outlined in the Auralyf Compensation Plan.


Payments are made in accordance with Indian taxation laws, and applicable TDS deductions will apply.


Incentive calculations are transparent and periodically published in each Distributor’s Sales Incentive Payable Account.


Training and Development

Auralyf provides ongoing support through certified training programs, webinars, and field workshops.


Participation in training is encouraged for continued success and ethical business conduct.


No additional fees are charged for mandatory company-led training sessions.


Prohibited Activities

Distributors must not:


Engage in misleading or unethical sales practices.


Use unauthorized materials or unapproved promotional content.


Induce another Distributor to switch teams (cross-recruiting).


Offer false assurances or guaranteed income projections.


Disciplinary Action

Non-compliance with the Distributor / Business Plan Policy or any other company regulation may lead to:


Written warnings or suspension of Distributorship.


Forfeiture of incentives and commissions.


Termination of Distributorship and legal action, if necessary.


Policy Updates

Auralyf reserves the right to amend this policy and the Business Plan from time to time.

All updates will be published in the official company communications and shall take effect immediately upon release.
