1. INTRODUCTION:
Auralyf Direct Selling Pvt. Ltd. values transparency, freedom of choice, and fairness for all its distributors. This Easy Exit Policy provides a clear process for any distributor wishing to discontinue their association voluntarily, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
2. APPLICABILITY:
This policy applies to:
All registered distributors/direct sellers of Auralyf.
Any individual/entity holding a valid Auralyf Distributor ID.
3. EASY EXIT (VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUATION BY DISTRIBUTOR):
Auralyf believes in complete freedom of choice for every distributor. Any distributor may choose to discontinue their association at any time through the Easy Exit process.
A distributor wishing to exit must submit a written request or email to the company’s Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) or Nodal Officer at

The request should include:
Full Name
Distributor ID
Registered Mobile Number and Email ID
Reason for exit (optional)
The company will acknowledge the request within 7 working days.
After verification, the Easy Exit will be processed within 30 working days, and confirmation will be sent via email.
Important Notes:
Once the Easy Exit is processed, the distributor will no longer be entitled to commissions, bonuses, or incentives generated after the exit date.
Any outstanding dues must be cleared before completion of the exit.
The distributor may rejoin Auralyf after 6 months under a new sponsor ID, subject to approval.
4. Consequences of Exit or Termination
After the Easy Exit or termination:
Access to the distributor dashboard and back-office portal will be deactivated.
No new business, order, or enrollment can be done using the previous distributor ID.
Pending eligible payouts will be processed as per company policy.
The distributor must stop using Auralyf’s brand name, logo, or promotional materials immediately.
5. Rejoining Policy
A distributor who has exited or been terminated may reapply to join Auralyf after 6 months, provided:
All previous obligations are cleared.
The application is made under a new distributor code.
Approval is granted by the management.
6. Grievance Redressal for Exit
If a distributor is not satisfied with the decision related to exit or termination, they may raise a grievance within 30 days of receiving communication.

7. Record Maintenance
All exit or termination requests and related communications will be securely maintained for a minimum of three (3) years for audit and compliance purposes.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during the Easy Exit or termination process will remain confidential and used only for administrative or legal compliance purposes.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with government regulations and to enhance the distributor experience.
